The worst thing is that We have met a lot of dangerous people around the hotel at even 7-8 am. Also the aircondition was so poor and the bathroom was too bad and old. one of the stuffs that welcomed us was so rude and unfriendly. not all of the staff know englishthere is no air conditioning in the roomswifi only on the 1st floorzoo near (sometimes you feel the smell). No air conditioning and it was very warm. only a fan in the room, still quite hot, electrical issues with cooker, blew the fuse so couldn't use it. could not hang (fix) a douche in a bathroom. Next to the hostel there are a few good places to eat at reasonable prices. The breakfast was quite good and the parking area of the hostel was very convenient. The hostel was very clean and located close to the old centre of Barcelona. So yes it is basic but cheap, clean and in good conditions and only 15 minutes walking to the beach.

It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom. Apartments with a separate lounge can be booked all year round. Single and twin rooms are available from 1 July until 31 August.
